Setting Up Contactless Menus

There are a number of ways to access your contactless menus from the SpotHopper platform. Find them below.

1. When you log into SpotHopper and access the Business Info page, you will see a list of Free New Features and the QR Code Flyers among them.

Alternatively, you can access the QR code on the Menus page OR the QR Code Fliers tab.

2. Click on the 'Menus" tab - you will see a button at the top of the Menus page

3. Click the "QR Code for Menu"

Note: By simply pointing a phone camera at the QR code your customer will be able to access your contactless menu. This QR code can be printed and put on tables as a sticker, table tent, table menu holder, etc. and your customers will still be able to scan it and access your menu.

Never worry again about having an up-to-date menu available for your customers.

3. You can download this QR code and email it to your designer or printing provider, or you can just send them a link to it so they can download it for printing.

The code is always going to take your customers to the most recent version of your menu, so you do not have to re-print or download every time you make a change to your menu.

Tip: Ask your Onboarding Specialist about how SpotHopper can print and send you up to 40 QR Codes for you to get started! These QR Codes will be from the list we created in the QR Code Fliers tab rather than just the QR Code itself.

Online Order Form

Your online order system supports images for each item, as well as descriptive terms like organic, vegan, etc. so consumers are more likely to order something because your offerings are obvious. Of course, if you prefer to have your menu without the images we can provide you with one like that.
