Setting Up Contactless Menus
There are a number of ways to access your contactless menus from the SpotHopper platform. Find them below.
1. After you log into SpotHopper access QR codes from the QR Code Fliers tab.
2. There are +40 QR code fliers waiting for you to print and use immediately. Scroll down or filter by the goals at the top to find the best flier for you to start having your diners use.
💡 Tip: the most successful spots use a QR code flier that combines their contactless menu with another option such as party/catering/job inquiries or even bday club sign-ups.
You may also find QR codes for your menu directly from your "Menu" tab of the platform.
1. Click on the 'Menus" tab. You will see a button at the top of the Menus page
2. Click the "QR Code for Menu"
Note: By simply pointing a phone camera at the QR code your customer will be able to access your contactless menu. This QR code can be printed and put on tables as a sticker, table tent, table menu holder, etc. and your customers will still be able to scan it and access your menu.
Never worry again about having to print an up-to-date menu for your customers.
3. You can download this QR code and email it to your designer or printing provider, or simply send them a link to it so they can download it for printing.
The code is always going to take your customers to the most recent version of your menu, so you do not have to re-print or download every time you make a change to your menu.
💡 Tip: Ask your Onboarding Specialist about how SpotHopper can print and send you up to 40 QR Codes for you to get started! These QR Codes will be from the list we created in the QR Code Fliers tab rather than just the QR Code itself.
Online Order Form
Your online order system supports images for each item, as well as descriptive terms like organic, vegan, etc. so consumers are more likely to order something because your offerings are obvious. Of course, if you prefer to have your menu without the images we can provide you with one like that.
Online Ordering
There are 2 different layouts of the menu for online ordering:
- Accordion Style Menu: visitors must click to open each menu's sections (as seen below)
- List View: the entire menu and all sections show at once, similar to the menu on your website.
