Selecting Menu Items for Social Media Posts

1. Navigate to the "Menu" page under "Menu & Content."

2.Find the menu item you want to promote, attach at least one photo, and click "Promote Item."

More attached images = more post variety. When only one image is available, the system will repeat it for every generated post of that menu item.

3. On the "Promote Menu Item,"   pop-up, check the FB and IG boxes if you want the platform to start generating Facebook and Instagram posts of the menu item.

4. Once checked, you should see the Facebook and Instagram icons below the menu item name.

Checking the Facebook and Instagram boxes doesn’t create posts instantly. Instead, it adds the menu item to the automatic posting rotation, allowing the platform to include it in future social media post generation.

How to Recognize Food Menu Posts

Posts generated from your menu page are clearly marked for easy identification. Just check the label above the post; it should read "Created using settings & content on your Menu Page."

To see all menu item posts generated at a given time:

  1. Go to your Instagram Posts or Facebook Posts page under Settings.

  2. Click the Filters button in the upper-right corner.

  3. Turn off all other sections, leaving only the Food category enabled.

This will display all of the already-generated automatic menu item posts.
