Why Delegate Access?

With delegate access, SpotHopper has the permissions needed to manage the domain associated with your website and make any necessary changes on your behalf.

This helps avoid delays and eliminates the need for you to navigate technical settings yourself.

Your account remains secure throughout the process. SpotHopper cannot view or modify sensitive account information such as your login credentials or payment methods.

Note: If you manage multiple domains, you can use GoDaddy folder permissions to control which domains delegates can access.

How to Delegate Access

  1. Go to your GoDaddy Delegate Access page.
  2. Under the People who can access my account section, select "Invite to Access."

  3. Enter the following information:

  4.  Select "Products & Domains" as the access level. For more information about GoDaddy access levels, see GoDaddy's documentation

  5.  Review the information you've entered, then click "Invite."

GoDaddy will send the invitation to SpotHopper by email. Once our team accepts it, you’ll receive a confirmation email from GoDaddy.

Important: GoDaddy delegate invitations expire after 48 hours. After sending the invitation, please notify your SpotHopper support specialist or email support@spothopperapp.com so we can accept it in time.
