⚠️Only owners of a Google Business Profile can add or remove users. Managers don’t have permission to send invites. If you’re not the owner, please ask the person who owns the GBP to complete this step for you.

To grant SpotHopper access to manage your Google Business Profile, please follow these steps: 

  1. Search for Your Business on Google
    Use a Google Chrome browser logged into the account that manages your Google Business Profile. On the results page, click on the three dots next to the Profile strength icon.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Business Profile settings and choose the option Managers.

  3. Select the "Add" button to add a manager. 

  4. Select Manager.

  5. In the email box type/paste the following number 5127166702.
    Then, select the dropdown option Global - Business Profile group, and click invite.

  6. Once you have sent the invitation, please let the Support Team know by emailing support@spothopperapp.com.
  7. After the Support Team accepts the invitation and connects your Google Business Profile, the next step would be to set up your integration map. This is essential as it ensures your information stays synced and helps your business appear more often in local searches.
