Need to add a reservation someone made over the phone? Or manually enter a reservation that came in outside the system? Here’s how to do it step-by-step using the SpotHopper Waitlist & Table Management App:
🛠️ Step 1: Open the Waitlist & Table Management App
Log into your SpotHopper account and go to:
Apps > Waitlist & Tables App
👉 You can access it via your web browser or download the app from the App Store.
📅 Step 2: Go to the Reservations Section
Once you're in the app, tap the Reservations tab.
This is your hub for managing all upcoming bookings.
➕ Step 3: Add a New Reservation
Tap the “+” icon (usually in the top corner) to start a new reservation.
✍️ Step 4: Fill in the Reservation Details
You’ll complete this in two quick steps:
🔎 Step 4.1: Find a Table

Select the number of guests

Choose the reservation date

Pick a seating preference (Inside or Outside)

Select a time

Tap “Find a Table” to continue
👤 Step 4.2: Add Guest Info

Special Requests / Notes (optional)
Use the Notes field for things like dietary restrictions, birthdays, or VIP status.
✅ Step 5: Confirm the Reservation
Once all details are entered, tap “Confirm Reservation”.
