Managing Users

Ensure your team can see key info (if you need them to!) You can easily give multiple users access to your SpotHopper account by following these steps.

1. From any page in your SpotHopper account, click the Settings Icon (gear button) in the upper right corner, and select Users from the dropdown menu.


2. On this page, you will see a list of all the users associated with your account, as well as the tools to manage them

3. From the "Manage Users" screen you can complete a number of actions:

  • Add new users
    • If you click "Invite People" you will be prompted to enter the new user's email address. They will then be prompted to create a password and potentially add a phone number.
  • Remove existing users
  • Resend password reset instructions via email or cell phone
