Get customers excited to see your email newsletters! Customize the emails you send for sharing your events, specials, menu, big ticket revenue drivers, and more. Continue driving revenue from your customer base by crafting emails they can't resist!
1) Navigate to the "Emails" tab under "Marketing"
Then, select the orange “Email Template Editor” button on the top right of the page.
2) On this page, you can apply the settings for your email that will apply to all of your Single Section Emails and Multiple Section Emails.
Choose which type of email layout you would like to edit at the top left of the page.
Note: The changes that you make to your Multiple Section Email layout will carry over to your Single Section Email layout.
Editing on the Single Section Email only allows you to change the “Logo Section", “Main Content Section” and ‘Contact Section” seen on the right sidebar below.
3) Select which sections you want to include in your newsletters by checking or deselecting them on the right sidebar. You can open up a particular section’s details by hovering over the email preview (it’s color will pulse) and clicking on it as well. Edit the different sections’ colors, text, and buttons.
Tip: Need to find out the exact color code for one of your brand’s colors? Use this tool to upload a photo and it will then tell you the color code when you hover over colors.
4) Make sure that your “Contact Section” contains the right information for your customers to stay connected with you. It’s at the bottom of all of the sections available for editing on the right side bar.
Note: Be sure to select the orange “Apply Changes” button at the bottom right of the screen in order to save your work.
Nice job! All future emails sent out will now include these settings.
